Replacements & Returns At Saapattu Raman, we primarily offer replacements for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement request.

Mandatory Unboxing Video To be eligible for any replacement or return, a clear unboxing video must be provided. This video must show the parcel being opened for the first time and clearly display any damage or issues.

Refunds Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where a suitable replacement cannot be provided. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it:

  • First, check your bank account or GPay transaction history again.

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at saapatturamanfoodproducts@gmail.com.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be considered for replacement. Sale items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or replaced.

Shipping for Returns To return your product, you should mail it to: 1/46A, Main Road, Koogaiyur (PO), Chinnasalem (TK), Kallakurichi (DT) – 606301.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
