Refund & Replacement Policy
Return Window We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused (especially for food products), with original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Important: An opening video of the item when you first receive it is required for all returns. This video must clearly show the condition of the item at the time of unboxing, including any damages or issues. Without this video, we cannot proceed with your return or replacement request.
Replacement-Only Policy Please note that only replacements are available for accepted returns. We do not offer refunds once an item has been successfully delivered. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at saapatturamanfoodproducts@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: 1/46A, Main Road, Koogaiyur (PO), Chinnasalem (TK), Kallakurichi (DT) – 606301.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and ensure a suitable replacement is sent.
Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds As mentioned, we operate a replacement-only policy. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where a replacement is impossible to fulfill.
