Returns and Exchanges

At Saapattu Raman, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following return or exchange options are available:

1. In-Store Return

Customers may return their order to our office along with:

  • Original packaging

  • Original invoice / receipt

Important Notes:

  • No additional restocking or handling charges will be applied.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after product verification.

2. Mail-In Return

Customers may return their order within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Refund or exchange will be processed after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.

Please Note

  • Clearance or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Food products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Opened, damaged, tampered, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

Counter Pickup

  • Depending on courier serviceability, parcels may require counter pickup from the nearest Professional Courier branch.

  • Door delivery is subject to courier availability in the customer’s area.

Returns under Free Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • If Saapattu Raman arranges a return pickup, the return courier cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refused Delivery

  • If delivery is attempted within the stated timeline and the customer refuses to accept the parcel,
    return shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
